When will my order ship?
This is a founding member presale. Your order ships approximately 6 weeks after purchase once production is complete. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

Will my dog actually eat it?
The powder is fish flavored and designed to mix seamlessly into any food - wet, dry, raw, or fresh. The vast majority of dogs accept it without hesitation.
What is your return policy?
We offer a full refund before your order ships. After delivery, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a refund - no questions asked. Email support@puptein.com and we'll make it right.
Is this safe for all dogs?
Formulated for adult dogs of all breeds and sizes. Consult your veterinarian before use if your dog has a known medical condition or is currently on medication.
