Reach out within 60 days of delivery and you are covered.
First pouch
We refund your first pouch, opened or not, even if your pup has already dug in.
No return needed
Keep the pouch. There is nothing to send back.

What if the pouch is unopened?
Unopened pouches can be returned for a refund any time within 60 days.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Damaged orders are replaced free. Just send us a photo.
Is there a limit?
The Happy Dog Guarantee is limited to one refund per customer.
